Workshop: Happiness starts in your gut
Did you know that your digestive health and your mental/emotional health are linked?
We often assume that the thoughts and chemicals in our brains have the biggest effect on our happiness HOWEVER lots of new research is indicating that diet and digestive health can make us feel happier.
In this 2 hour workshop we will talk about:
~ the gut-brain connection
~ the role of healthy gut bacteria in mental health
~ food intolerances
~ common digestive symptoms such as bloating, pain, reflux and constipation
~ foods to eat to improve your digestion and your mood
~ what foods to limit or avoid
~ flower essences to support emotional healing
