6 Week Wellness Coaching Package: $395
Health priorities questionnaire and initial exploratory session (60 minutes).
5 follow up sessions (30 minutes each)*
6 follow up emails
6 handouts relevant to your wellness goals
6 worksheets for self awareness and goal setting
Using the results from the health priorities questionnaire I will help you to set some goals that are appropriate and inspiring for you.
Then we can start to fill in any gaps in your health and wellness knowledge. We might discuss your health condition, nutrition, cooking, shopping, exercise, scheduling, organising, or talk through the emotions that have been getting in your way.

Additional wellness coaching:
Once you're on track and happy that you're heading in the right direction it can still be beneficial to check in with me regularly. Accountability is important for keeping you focussed on your wellness goals.
Further follow up wellness coaching sessions can be purchased in groups of 3 x 30 minute consultations.
